Sensitivity Charts

Sensitivity Charts allow you to answer many "what if?" questions about your project portfolio, and to understand quickly which attributes have the most impact on your projects. The Bubble Chart Pro™ Sensitivity Charts feature models the impact of a change in an attribute value as well as the impact of changing an attribute's weight in the portfolio model.

The Y-axis represents the attribute values or attribute weights used for sensitivity testing. The X-axis displays the project SMART value score for the projects at the attribute value or attribute weight in the X-axis. Sensitivity testing lets you see how SMART value scores change as attribute values or weights change.

You can also display "Uncertainty Bars" in Sensitivity Charts, which is a powerful way to illustrate and compare uncertainty ranges in project attributes.

Sensitivity charts are highly customized by using the Sensitivity Chart Preference forms.

Sensitivity charts are extremely useful as visual representations of portfolios. Sensitivity charts provide a fast way to compare your projects.

See Creating Sensitivity Charts, Sensitivity Chart Display, Sensitivity Chart Preferences, and the Quick Start Guide for more information about these topics.
